        I am appalled at the fact we was told that all goods here must be in working order in order for them to sell them to customers. Putting trust in them, we bought a second hand Xbox from them for a Christmas present. Having set it up, the Xbox turns itself on and off and now completely does not turn on at all. My 5 year old step son is now without an Xbox because we was oblivious to to the lies we were told. We politely asked for a refund a week ago and was told they were unable to do that. Absolutely heartbroken and will make sure everyone knows that this place sells broken goods!!!!
