        They were incredibly helpful they told me how to work the gun I bought they showed me how to put in the battery and everything they let me test out the gun on their shooting range they were willing to take in any questions and gave directions to where things were they also gave me suggestions and stuff like that I was expecting 30 ish minutes in the store and spent 3 hr this is an amazing shop for beginners who are looking to get into airsofting and they also 2 tone your guns for you. The only problem is that I bought a sight protector and it was really scratched and fuzzy and you couldnt see through it at all
