It is impossible to make an appointment with the doctor, receptionist very rude.

They never answer the phone and when I actually go there, they say I should have called! When try to explain that I did but no one is answering, they just don't care and don't help at all!

2023 update. Clearly they don't care, how about instead of saving long voice notes for when we call to book impossible appointment, the practice telling patients not to be rude and aggressive towards them they change their attitude and get some common sense?when asked to call back at 5pm they still call at 4pm, I get you don't do much (because everytime I ask for prescription or test results you make big deal out of it so clearly bare minimum of work) but most of us work. We don't get to sit with our phones next to our arm. Probability will do update 2026 with more issues from them Terrible! Can never get appointment and when you do get the "telephone appointment" you're either prescribed Paracetamol or other over the counter medications that are more expensive with prescription! Never resolving any health problems, forget it if you want a blood test for any of your worry! Joke. You might as well close it as you don't help anyone anyways!
