        Booked a van at Sunday. Payment went thorough without no problem.Come in at monday morning to pick up this van - and at till Ive been informed that they have no vans available.. Its Tuesday now and I still didnt get my money back. Not going to use avis again. Never.

        Rented a van for a day from the guys here at avis and was very happy with their service. The yard is a little chaotic as there's a lot of vehicles moving about so you need to be careful. The team were very helpful and provided us with a great deal on our rental. I always used to use Enterprise for our rentals but I think that's going to change and we're going to stick with Avis from now on
