        Bought a iPhone from the castleford branch with 6 months guarantee the phone stopped working so returned to shop with it and a photo of receipt,was told need to see paper receipt and were very unhelpful.took phone to apple shop did full diagnosis and was told phone had been blocked,tried different nextworks still not working so left with a phone that is unusable as someone has not paid there contact and it was a unlocked phone that should had been contract free ..avoid buying phones ect from here as they could be blocked at anytime

        I am having a good experience with this store The staff is educated, Respectful and innocent. I have purchased something online I just dont like it . There is no trouble returning them . I would highly recommend.
