        Seem its run by people who think they are gods and have no respect for the process of law. Should be got rid of and staffed by humans with genuine feelings and understanding

        Had contact with the grandchildren and my daughter I was appalled at a member of staff who entered the family room while we were having family time speaking to my daughter rather abruptly over my granddaughter she asked if mummy was being told off due to how vocal she was and the tone of her voice not sure of her name black hair glasses early fifties unprofessional way of dealing with a situation that should of been and could of been dealt with in a proper manner and away from the chilren I'm absolutely disgusted .The children should not of witnesses this behaviour as there for calm fun family time 18/6/2019 3.45 afternoon .
