Lovely young lads came to collect our 2 seater sofa. Couldn't fault them. Came when they said they would too.

Quite disappointed with this shop today,went in bought a sofa and chest of drawers,I asked if they would pick mine up,yes,they said providing it's fire labels and in good condition,I replied yes it is,when driver came he said he wouldn't take it because it's a patterned sofa,I foned the shop they told me it's because they already have to many sofas in the back already,I said so why lie just to sell you're goods and take my money,now I'm stuck with mine outside,the only reason I needed a new one was because mine was to low not that it sagged it was memory foam,I would donate to charity shops any day as I'm a cancer sufferer myself also have heart problems but this has got my back up been lied to,

Visited the store 4 weeks ago, found some items there were not priced up. The kind colleague said they would need to wait for the manager to price them up and they would call me. I called in the next day spoke to the manager who promised to come back to me by the end of the week. Despite chasing weekly my business was not deemed to be a priority but posting on social media was. Lost a sale and a customer
