These guys are amazing. Specifically, they have been looking my mother's ears. Nigel cleans out even the most difficult of wax, provides great advice on hearing aids, exceptional cleaning of aids, diligent . . . even trains nursing home carers how to look after aids when the patient is too incapacitated.

Awful service. I bought hearing aid cells from this company and they sent me the incorrect ones. I don't understand how hearing aid consultants can get this wrong considering the cells packaging is colour coded. The ones I ordered were orange and the ones they sent were yellow. I sent several messages to them and they were all ignored. I received no apology for this error which is the least they could do (they've had a week to do this). I've received no refund for having to print the label off; it was their error that meant I had to print it off so I don't see why I should have to pay for this. I would also like to add that I had to return this item during lockdown and when the snow was very bad outside. To say it was inconvenient is an understatement. Poor communication and poor service is all I have experienced from this company.

Whilst researching the market to decide what to do regarding my poor hearing on one side I leant about Invisihear online. Having read their excellent detailed review of the service they could offer by a home visit I decided to take up Peter Thompsons offer to come and assess my hearing situation. I was extremely happy with the patient time Peter spent with me fully measuring the extent of the type of hearing loss I have. He then recommended a small partially in ear aid that would be effective for my condition. A one month free trial period was offered with full guarantee to return if not suitable or acceptable. Peter then only then gave me a non negotiable price having assured me his company keep an accurate competitor review up to date to ensure they offer best value for money. I agreed to go ahead on the strength of Peters excellent service and advice and a price which was 20% cheaper than other market price offered by the leading high street retailer I had visited whilst researching what to do. This was nearly two years ago and I am happy to confirm I am very content with my ability to hear with both ears using my discrete hearing aid along with ongoing check ups from Invisihear to ensure my aid is checked and adjusted to make sure Im obtaining the best effective performance from my aid. Thank you to Peter who I give my 100% recommendation to anyone considering their poor hearing ability. In conclusion my 79 year old cousin had for many years poor hearing in both ears, he took up my recommendation to meet Peter, he now has two aids same as mine and is a very happy man, he always keeps saying I can socialise again with confidence not having to repeatedly say sorry what did you say OR just accept hell have to duck out of the conversation!

Been a customer of Invisihear for 8 months now after a major (virus induced) hearing loss which happened almost overnight and sent me in to panic mode! NHS pretty useless - didn't understand the urgency of the problem. Tried Specsavers (OK but tried to sell me technology which was 2 years old). So I researched online and was eventually directed to Invisihear. So glad I was put into contact with this company because Peter was able to supply me with current model (2018 technology) blue toothed hearing aids at a very competitive price. He also travelled to my house to do hearing tests and fit the new aids, so much better than in a small room where the acoustics are so different than in your own home. Since then I have had very good back up service when "tweaks" have been necessary and I find him (and latterly his colleague Alan) to be totally competent and helpful in sorting out my problems - I think I've been a bit of a challenge to them with my unusual loss, but they have persevered with patience and always a pleasant and smiley disposition. Can summarise in 3 words - Competent, Efficient and Friendly. So if you've got a hearing problem give them a call....
