        equipment is cheap and reasonable we use their bain maries in all our branches forget customer service these are basic people selling a basic product for little money if you want a no quibble warranty go to Lincat the electric griddles are good but don't expect them to last more than 2 years but its a cheaper end product so stop moaning and buy quality

        DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE GUYS! Absolutely disgusted by the product and customer service. Waste of money. The one year warranty is a frau, i contact this guys and they close the phone while we are discussing for the Faulty goods!!! STAY AWAY!!!!! VERY VERY RUDE!! if you needed warranty you will never get it!!
