Incredibly nice and helpful staff, had questions on bed widths and they allowed us to measure beds to help with an issue we were having with moving home. I also went to look at Sofa Beds and although they only had one they directed me to their site where they had a wider selection.

They say a pic tells a thousand stories, well I'll let you figure this one out. Going to take 3weeks to replace & deliver, so there may be an update to follow yet. Update....They arrived with the new bed base only to be told that its not the same colour as ordered, so they never even took it off the wagon. Once again complained to the complaints dept & "they will look into it". Must be said that Wendy is a gem, working hard to resolve this matter. Note: as I originally ordered a base WITH matching headboard, obviously all parts need match in the colour etc. Yet another 4weeks to wait now. Well here we are now April 2023 & now after 4 dels & 4 cockups still i haven't got products in good condition. Del 1. As described above, two colour base. Del 2. Replacement base units sent different colour to the headboard, therefore they never came off the del vehicle. Del 3. Base units del with water damage. Del 4. Del replacement mattress as " springs/wire" in several places sticking thru base/ side of original mattress del in Jan 2023. Lower Cross brace in one of the base units broken. The saga continues.
