Ordered in early July, two weeks later, no goods. Rang them up and cancelled because they didn't know when they were going to get them in. They promised a refund. As of today's date (3 September) still no refund. Not impressed, certainly won't use them again and can't recommend. After a further phone call over a week ago, with the promise that the refund would be made within the week, still no refund - very dodgy indeed!

Found to my cost that this company was wound up in February 2016. They were however still taking 'orders' and my money in March over the telephone. No goods were received, and I ran out of patience and cancelled. I was promised a full refund on my Credit Card but this hasn't materialised either. Surely this is illegal ?

totally rubbish company ....been trying to get a refund for 6 weeks for non shipment ....useless customer service , never respond....don't waste your money with this outfit
