Solus Accident Repair Centres Castleford

After a non fault accident and car being marked unroadworthy, my car was taken here to be repaired. Physical damage was repaired too bumper but no checks were done to address the noise reported that made it unroadworthy (by them) and the car broke down the first day I had it back and had to go back which cause many other problems with lack of rental cars available. 6 months later of the car still making noises Ive had to pay to get it properly looked at and fixed as one of the shock absorbers was completely empty. No confidence the car was ever put through the relevant checks despite it needing to be made roadworthy again. Service: Body & Trim

Worst customer service! Take way too long to sort out the cars! Keep you in the dark, promise dates but never meet the deadline! Ive been told my car will be ready on 4 occasions and on the day Im supposed to get the car back, I call them to see when my car is arriving only to be notified that its been delayed! Each time they delay a further two weeks! Car is almost 3 months in their garage! Never using them again!
