Very unprofessional practice staff are very rude and take long to answer the phone

By far the best practice in the area. The Doctor care and listen to what you have to say. All the staff including all the nurses and reception staff are very polite and try and help with any issues you may have. Definitely 5 star practice.

This is by far the best GP practice I have been registered with. You are always able to get through to them on the telephone, its not often that you are more than 3rd in the queue to speak with the receptionist and there is always an appointment if you call 1st thing. The receptionists are always helpful and pleasant to speak we, they will always go check with the doctor if they need to without you asking. The nurses are so welcoming and amazing at their job. The doctors are so lovely and caring, they have time to listen to you. Im very lucky to have found such a wonderful GP practice

Its nearly impossible to get an appointment but when you do its a guarantee you will be late in there is no sense of time keeping and its honestly the worst doctors Ive ever had to use would definitely not recommend

Rang many times, never pick up phone, then when I do get through you cant get any appointments, receptionists are rude and not much help
