        Kerry at the j32 store has been brilliant from start to finish. She was very informative and gave me all of the options available. Viewed a wedding ring in store and ordered my size in to try on. Ring arrived in store within a couple of days and I received confirmation it had arrived. I am very pleased with my new ring, it matches my engagement ring perfectly. Kerry is a credit to the company :)

        Went to York outlet and had a very bad experience, so we decided to try castleford and what can I say, Simon was absolutely amazing, from start to finish we found our forever wedding rings with the help from Simon. We honestly cant thank him enough for his hard work, we really appreciate it. Again thank you so much.
