Appalling level of service. Had to get a copy of a document from the firms archive. The solicitor argued the toss that I didnt have the correct paperwork proving my identity to obtain the document from them. I had all the correct paperwork, but she didnt wish to release the document because she wanted to do the probate herself and knew Id take the business to another firm once it was released. She eventually admitted I did indeed have the right ID and passed over a copy of a document, but only after an argument in the reception area in front of other customers. Very unprofessional. Having experienced this firm there is no way that Id ever deal with them again.

Great team at both Castleford and Pontefract. I've used them for conveyancing and general legal advice over the past 15 years and have always found the team to be super helpful, knowledgeable and approachable.

Victoria Davis is brilliant. All I heard was stories of slow solicitors with poor communication and Victoria bucked that trend completely. She was superb. All the work was completed ahead of schedule. She responded to everything, usually on the same day. I always new where I stood and what the situation was. It made my life so much easier. I'll 100% be using Victoria again. Well done.
