Have had a new heating system and boiler fitted under the eco scheme. Took a while for it all to go through but Rachel from the eco side chased everything relentlessly for us. Very very good at getting stuff done and went above and beyond to get my friend sorted who was freezing in his flat. The workmen sent to insulate the walls and others for the heating were brilliant, on time, tidy and hardworking Delighted with the results. The team came to our house understood the plans and got on with the installation of a new RCD unit, moving and creating new sockets/switches. Communication at the start was great. Got booked in for hive thermostat installation. On the day no updates given as to when the engineer would arrive. Installer comes and asks for a number of things not communicated prior. Taking pictures of every room inside the house and etc. If your not comfortable I won't taje but then won't install the Hive? And asking for paperwork to be sent to a middle man to then e uploaded. Can you guarantee confidentiality and data protection? Customer service poor. Service: Installation
