Absolute waste of time, can never get an appointment for the kids they just tell you to go to a walk in centre or to UTC at Pontefract. Taking my kids elsewhere now because this place is useless.

Please find other doctors. If I could give minus stars, I would. My Dad had Diabetes for years as well as arthritis. He was in constant pain, despite what these doctors would give him. We also had no idea that being diabetic makes you more susceptible to fatty liver disease, which in turn, can lead to Liver Cancer. The lockdowns would've been the perfect time to check on his Liver, but they never did. Useless as ever, they discovered the Liver Cancer way too late and now he's gone. My Dad is dead because they did NOTHING!! Not only that but we've complained several times and are still being ignored. Because of them, my best friend, my hero, my inspiration is gone.

Husband diagnosed with gout at Pontefract urgent care. That was a month agobut I still cannot get to see, speak to anyone about this. Meanwhile hes in agony and has no medication left!! Absolute joke of a surgery.

Absolutely appalling service - unable to book an appointment with the Doctor and spend 90mins hanging on the phone to be told by an arrogant receptionist that she would sent me a link to book an appointment - 3 days later I still cant get an appointment. If I could give nil stars, I would.
