        Poor customer service since removing the checkout in the collect parcels area. Also the manned checkouts in foid are often closed so you have to use self checkout.

        Can REAL people please answer the phone? A simple yes or no would be sufficient to tell me if an item is in stock before making a five mile cycle trip. If this is the way of the future we wonder why so many are off their heads on antidepressants!
