Westfields Off license

Absolutely disgusting service, my parcel as been there since 19th june, shop supposed to open at 10am she was serving customers at 9.45 but told me i had to go back at 10.30. I was waiting outside the shop. She told me my parcel was there, but still said i had to wait told her to send it back. Appalling manners and smirking at me, not a good idea.

I'm absolutely shocked at their service. I ordered some parcels to be delivered here for my own convenience. Google business opening times shows their opening hours. Drove 10 miles today after receiving a text message from a local number 9n Wednesday to say it's ready to collect. Arrived at 1.20pm to find they are closed for a lunch break. Ok, fair enough I waited in my car. Then a lady came over at 2.06pm to open the shop up. I said I have come to collect my parcel up. To which I was told she doesn't know. I saw a sign saying no parcels could be collected due to technical error. The lady said something about a scan. I showed her my QR code to collect and I said this is what you need to scan. She called someone, and again I was told I couldn't collect my parcel and told me to come back at 5pm!!! I said I had driven 10 miles over to.collect my parcel... If it wasn't ready why didn't you text me you have my number to which I was told the person doing parcels is on holiday. In the end I wasn't impressed. I left without my parcels and told them to send it back!
