Price mid range for bowling, the arcade has a range of games.

I just had the worst experience at your Castleford bowling center. An attendant stuck her gross finger in my son's slushy and served it to us!
On Sunday 30th April 2023, while we were bowling my kids needed a drink and I went to the counter to order a slushy.
The attendant deliberately refused to attend to me and my kids (I am African) even though I was in front of the line and right at the counter, she looked through me and spoke to the people behind me. I had to insist to be served, then she went on to pretend not to understand what I was saying and mixed up our order.
After I corrected her and refused to accept the wrong drink she dispensed, she proceeded to get another drink but stuck her finger in it, scooped out some part of it and poured it down d neck of her colleague. She then turned around and handed it to me like it was nothing.
I was so shocked that an employee will have the audacity to act in this manner in public. Apart from customer service, other laws and regulations were violated here which she should be aware of. Health and safety laws and regulation, The Equality Act etc.
That drink was meant for my 10year old son, who knows what kind of bacteria or germs she could have exposed him to from her reckless and hateful behaviour.
We reported her to the manager who apologised, but all he did was send her home. This is very dissapointing, especially for a company like Tenpin. Customers, irrespective of the color of their skin and age deserve better.
