I have been going to Narelle for almost 5 years. She always listens to what it is I want to achieve and ensures I am happy with the outcome. Narelles employee Casey is an amazing asset to the team. I absolutely loved my experience here. I booked a luxury manicure with shellac with Casey. I arrive and was offered a drink, Casey made me the perfect cup of tea. This was my first time at this establishment and I'm normally quite nervous but straight away, I was put at ease. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Casey did my nails perfectly then started on with the luxury manicure, it was heavenly. The products that were used smelled gorgeous and the gentle bur firm massage was perfect. I came away with gorgeous nails, the softest hands, new friends, more appointments and all for a very reasonable price. I can't wait to go back.
