Less than an hour after I left the salon my shellac started to peel, I contacted them straight away, and sent the picture, she said it hadnt cured properly and to go back to the salon and she would repair it. Facebook, Google and the salon door said they closed at 7pm, I asked what time to go back, no answer. I went back around an hour later expecting to wait or be given a time, the salon was closed (at 3.30) so I messaged and explained I was outside and asked if she could let me know when would be a good time for me to go back for it repairing, same day or not. I never received an answer. Within 3 days 4 nails had chipped and after a week all nails have chipped, the service should last 2 weeks+. Really dont like leaving negative reviews especially for small businesses but the customer service and quality isnt up to scratch, she knew I had my baby shower that weekend as well as my partners 30th celebrations so I decided to treat myself so my nails would look nice on the pictures, but that was ruined.
