        This bank is awful now, anybody who needs to take money from your bank cant do it on weekend or if need to pay someone, keep making up bank charges for stuff,looks awful taken over by virgin an gone pink design we are changing banks

        After losing my bank cards I called in to inform them, I found them very helpful & understanding & they arranged a new card for me all within 10 minutes. Whereas the Halifax over the road showed me a phone & told me to get on with it ! Top marks for Virgin
