We had Matt and Charlotte work on our extension plans. They listened to the ideas we had and what our aim was. Took away our design ideas and made them 100x better creating a unique and funtional design. Professional and creative and would definitely use them again.

DMS really helped us through the whole design and planning of our period property extension. Mat, our architect, really payed attention to original features of our home and ensured we maximised our design while maintaining the integrity of the building. We used DMS architecture for a commercial size permitted development application on a sensitive site. From the beginning of the process to the end we received professional advice from Michael Sunderland on how to maximise the site, once we moved into the design stage Mat Best was the lead architect, he engaged with us to mitigate any concerns we had with a positive approach and was always willing to be open to our clients commentary. His vision and design was exciting and fresh something which we were extremely pleased with. We look forward to working with DMS Architecture on future projects.

We recently used DMS Architecture to design and draw our side extension plans. The process has been seamless throughout the planning and building regulation applications. Mat Best was our Architect, he went above and beyond to not only ensure we achieved our brief, but ensured during a complicated planning process that we were kept well informed throughout meaning we achieved our goal with minimal concern. At every stage, Mat demonstrated the utmost patience with us, even taking time out on evenings to discuss the scheme, talk through designs and making sure we were happy with the end product. Following a successful application, we had Georgina Ettles produce and again take us through the building regulations stages of the application. Throughout the full process we have had excellent service provided by the team at DMS which has made the journey stress free. We will certainly be using DMS in the future if any additional projects.
