        A shabby place and just get hassled by staff wouldn't go there again

        Had a quick look around but there wasn't much choice of vehicles for sale. In my opinion there were alot over priced . Average price for monthly payments around late 300 early 400 this despite an economic cost of living crisis. Not sure they gonna turn over many vehicles.

        Awful service. Had a date and time for my appointment to collect my car. Was sat waiting for an hour and then the person who was going to deal with me changed. Took a while for them to decide who was going to deal with my order and didn't seem to have any urgency about them. Had been given a quote for part exchange on my car which was guaranteed at Burnley, only for the manager to be called over to have a look at my car to say it didn't matter what Burnley had said it would be his decision, causing upset. Then to be told his decision was the same anyway. Absolutely no sense of urgency or customer service. Very close to them losing the sale. Will never buy from this outlet again.
