        after purchasing 3 kayaks, from start of my order to the end was so easy peasy. Olie was a marvel, he helped rearrange delivery amongst other things. Amazingly awesome customer services, just cannot fault. Hope nothing but the best for the Kayaks direct team. Best wishes all payment is also easy peasy, they offer Klarna as payment so theres not a huge amount money going out all at once
