I adore my H&N products. I have the Russian Doll Bat system, spider bat, measuring grid, large bats and shrinkage rulers. All incredibly useful, well made, stand the test of time and I wouldnt be without them. Customer service is excellent too.

Ive bought a few things from Hartley and Noble, including their batt system & stay put rug which are both game changing time savers! Communication is always great, Nicky is super friendly and helpful & often showcases other small ceramics businesses via social media which is great to see

Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, efficient, generous, professional and quite frankly lovely..... there aren't enough adjectives to describe Nicky and Stuart. I can't wait until my pottery skills improve enough so I can go back and get some more of their excellent kit.

Very very happy with my mini over the wheel batt system. Feels and looks great quality, the amount of batt inserts too is fantastic, also the batt rug feels tough and quality material. I was really pleased to see a pamphlet inside giving you hints and tips on maintaining your batt system and how to use your batt rug efficiently, but also a little bit about the company and a thankyou gift. The gift itself was a really nice wooden rib, texture on 1 side, 2 sides flat (nicely bevelled) and the other with a backwards L for helping trimming to that particular shape. To say Hartley and Noble is a small business, I'm very impressed. Definitely worth the money and you Definitely feel like a valued customer.
