We had an excellent experience in our house purchase at Darwin Green. The staff were very helpful throughout the process and not just until the purchase process is completed but provided us with tremendous support towards full settlement in the house. They have been so attentive towards any minor issues and fixed them immediately for us. In particular, I would like to thank Alice Connor who has been a great source of support throughout the process providing us with all the necessary information for our smooth settlement in the new house. The buying process is ruthless, distressing and based on bullying. Many people had their homes taken off them after agreeing a sale. The photos show the standard of planting provided when we moved in. And today the vibrations from construction work were so strong that our inside double glazing panel shattered. Barratt Homes are refusing to cover this under warranty and denying that construction work took place. They also refuse to come and assess the damage. Avoid this developer at all costs. The people living here are lovely but the process of buying and dealing with Barratt Homes is soul destroying and deeply distressing.
