        Lovely hotel. Lots of parking. Although near a busy road, we found it quiet- my son is a light sleeper and he was never disturbed. Good location- close to Drayton manor and a Frankie and Bennies restaurant. Refurbished rooms so everything felt very new.

        Was booked for 2nights. Arrived and there was gypsies in the carpark!!! Sent my anxiety through the roof! Took me 2hours to get out car!! Finally when I did we got in hotel room to unpack then sleep. Woke up following morning I go for a shower... There's only ONE towel!!! In a double room for 2 people for 2nights!!! Come out shower to a letter stating we HAD to let someone in between 9-5 that day!!! (This is at 9.15am!) No notice nothing .. well we wasn't going to be in so spoke to reception they said we HAD to let them in explained we weren't going to be in! Had travelled from Cornwall we were seeing family!!!! She said they will go in without us being there!! All out belongings where in hotel room and they were just going to let them in while we weren't there!!!! Disgusting!!! So we pack everything back up and put it in the car!!!!!! My anxiety completely went!! So now we are wanting a refund... They are not authorised to do this!!!!! I have this all recorded!! So I paid to stay with gypsies!!! Share 1 towel between us for 2nights/3days!!!! Unpack my belongings to be packed up again!!!!! Never ever again. Oh and theres a stain (looks like excrement) on the carpet!!!!! Customer service was shocking to say the least!! Cleanliness outta 5 is a one. Lift filthy bedrooms not dusted for days!!! stains on carpets ( but rooms have been referbished ) Bathrooms need more attention to detail hairs etc!!! First time staying at this one I certainly wouldn't recommend to anyone!! Don't feel safe. Not clean. Staff are ridiculous. Yet still waiting for a refund!! Shame on you. Safety: Didn't feel safe at all!!! Gypsies stating in carpark. My anxiety and mental health went through the roof.
