Tamworth Audi

My visit to Jardine Motors Audi @ Tamworth today 01/05/23, left me seething in anger today. Called at 11am (bhl opening time) and arranged an appointment to view a specific vehicle (vrm given) i was advised vehicle is on site and still available. My wife and I decided take the 142 mile round trip (71mls each way) with a view to purchasing said vehicle. Got to the appointment at the arranged 1pm appointment time to be told the vehicle has been sold and was no longer available. Not so much as a courtesy phone call as i am enroute to explain so I could have turned back and save me a full round trip.. that I would not have minded. The recompense ? Nothing.. This is an infrastructure issues as opposed to issues with the Sales staff..who were very welcoming and polite.. however makes for a really poor and disgraceful overall experience of dealing with Audi direct.. I think Audi need to realise that it is the sum of it's parts.. and as such these poor customer experiences have a massive impact on brand appeal and experience.. If jardine-motors-audi can't be trusted with simple customer services would i really want to be trusting them with my new Audi ?.. I THINK NOT.. Kind regards...

We have brought cars from Tamworth Audi for a fair few years but Parv has gone above and beyond on this occasion. From giving advice on the vehicle we wanted and the process to daily updates regarding the stage we were at. Parv is very professional and makes anything seem like its no trouble to deal with. The reason this place gets 5 stars is down to this man - Josh! Trustworthy, Efficient, Supportive, totally brilliant at his job and an overall lovely guy. Helped by Amelia and georgina. These guys are the reason behind our return custom. Really appreciate everything you've done for us, you turned it around.
