Here & Now Hypnosis

I went to see Mark recently regarding some particular emotional issues that I've been struggling with lately. He helped me to understand that what I was perceiving to be the 'problem' was in fact much deeper than I could of ever imagined. The sessions helped my clear away a lot of old baggage and past traumas I had been carrying with me from childhood. Unconsciously I had been repeating these patterns and behaviors that had been holding me back for so long. Mark says "The problem is rarely the problem!" That makes so much sense to me now. I felt very comfortable working with Mark, he is so friendly and relaxed in his approach, the treatment room is lovely and he spent time explaining how he works and what the process entailed before the actual session. Mark asked me for general information about what I wanted him to help me with but didn't need me to go into any specific details of the story behind traumas etc. This was really reassuring for me and helped me to relax into the process without having to delve too much into the past and share my personal story. Oh, and he makes a pretty good cuppa too! If you're thinking about hypnotherapy to help with any aspect of life, I'd highly recommend Here and Now Hypnosis. Thanks so much Mark!

After 28yrs of smoking around 15 cigarettes a day it feels absolutely amazing to finally be free. Tried patches, gum and numerous other things in the past, all of which were no help at all for me. With Mark's method of Hypnosis I found stopping to be relatively easy and the support from Mark to be fantastic. If you're serious about giving up Smoking then I highly recommend this service . Following an issue with driving after an accident, a friend recommended hypnotherapy. Had 2 sessions with Mark of Here & Now Hypnosis and I couldn't be happier. Confidence restored, looking at things positively and happily back driving again. Would definitely recommend!

Driving for 46years. Around 2/3 years ago I started feeling very anxious at the thought of driving to the point I had to stop. I looked into hypnosis therapy, and made an appointment with here and now hypnosis. I met Mark, he made me very welcome and I felt at ease. He explained to me what was happening, and assured me we both could crack this problem. I left feeling good and positive. The whole process/ experience was very interesting and helpful, and has worked for me. My confidence has returned, and Im back to thinking driving is actually enjoyable, but more importantly doable.
