Bought a ford fiesta in August with loads of faults that werent mentioned in the advert- heaters dont work on any setting apart from full blast, mirror adjusters dont work, inner front tyres were bald, cv boots were all spit and needed replacing, headlight adjusters dont work and after having it 4 months it started to develop a gearbox issue- it would clunk whilst changing gear and slip when cold pulling off, I informed them but they werent interested at all and told me they wouldnt do anything to resolve any issues. Last month the gearbox finally gave in and its telling the car its in gear so I cant even start the car. Ive rang the dealer and they wont do a thing to resolve or even help fix the car, absolutely cowboys and I would avoid at all costs unless you want to waste your money on miss described cars with underlying and hidden issues.

I've dealt with AMOS Motors for many years now and have no problem recommending my friends to go to him. He's one of the few 'characters' left in the automobile industry. Would absolutely recommend.

Mark is an absolute Diamond of a human being. My car decided to give up the ghost flashing engine lights and shaking. After calling the RAC, I noticed a mechanic sign and he was just round the corner from where I was. I popped in to see if there was anything he could do on the offchance. This man goes above and beyond. Ordered parts and had them fitted within 2.5 hours. Unfortunately the problem was bigger anticipated. He knew I would be waiting some time for the RAC. this man and his son went and got me a chippy tea! And I received cups of tea and excellent conversation!! The world needs more Marks. He made sure that my engine ran so I have heat while I await recovery. Mark, thank you, from the bottom of my heart. I will forever be grateful to you for all you have done! Cracking bloke!!
