        Company are virtually impossible to get in touch with and don't pay on time like they say.

        I am having problems entering bank details on profile. Have contact rep but no response. Any advise on how to enter bacs on profile. It let's me put in that I have an account but does not open boxes to put in sort code and acct number. When contacting company rep previously about a shop he responded promptly But now not sure if cause Christmas break he hasn't responded after various emails..
