        Paul completed our survey last year. The service was quick and reasonably priced and the report was detailed and easy to navigate. He discussed our concerns before the survey and has been only to happy to discuss and explain things since the survey. Would highly recommend.

        We used Paul for a Level 2 survey on a house we are in the process of buying. We were really happy with his services. Our situation was a bit complicated because of missing building regulation approvals and I spoke to Paul multiple times to clarify these things. And, he was very helpful throughout the process. I would definitely recommend Paul as a surveyor.
