        Staff were very pleasant. I felt there could have been more selection of food but what was there looked OK. Had to go outside for toilets. Other lounges we have been in have had better facilities.

        Visited the lounge at Manchester T1. Even though it was busy, the staff were attentive, efficient and friendly. We were welcomed by Conleth on the desk whose calm and professional manner was just what we needed after a stressful check-in and his friendly banter with customers and colleagues kept us smiling. Our visit to the Escape Lounge definitely made for a more relaxing start to our getaway.

        We used the Escape Lounge at East Midlands Airport on Monday 1.5.23 and are full of praise for the staff who were on duty. They worked non-stop checking people in, serving drinks, clearing tables and topping up the food counters. Cassie was extremely efficient as was the other member of staff who was on duty when the lounge opened at 7.00 am. We would not hesitate to recommend this lounge to any passengers using E.M.A.
