Hypnos Contract Beds

We have purchased loads of beds from Hypnos because they are the best in market however the purchase and delivery process is a complete nightmare. They say one thing and do another; never deliver on time, never on the day they say, the beds often arrive damaged or with parts missing and or the wrong size. If you can be bothered with the stress and hassle of dealing with a company who struggle to deal with logistics like this, then the end product is worth it, but be prepared to loose a few nights sleep in the process!

Bed was supposed to be delivered today between 7 and 11am. After multiple calls to their courier, Keen and Able, most ringing out till the call timed out we were told Ah that'll be tea time. Called Hypnos and have yet to get through. 10 min wait listeneing to music, 15 min same and 20 min hold, same. Are all, your customer service agents asleep? Had to go out late afternoon so phoned Unkeen and Unable to find out their definition of tea time and they owned up to not actually going to deliver today! Some excuse about a puncture. We'll deliver Thursday as we're not in your area tomorrow. HYPNOS get your act together

I have had the most kindest, caring customer service the last few days from the wonderful Joanne, a credit to your company, I'm not sure why the negative reviews are posted as I have never experienced such professional, speedy customer care from any other company before. Quick responses and went above and beyond to help with our enquiries, now looking forward to our mattress which is being delivered tomorrow, no delays, just exceptional service. The delivery team were brilliant too. We purchased on recommendation from a friend who gives the premier Inn mattress 5 stars. Thank you

Not a direct review of a Hypnos bed as we didnt end up buying one . Access to this building is difficult , we spent five minutes on the phone to Hypnos to try and get to the Castle Donington branch to gain access. Once inside the layout is very organised and every bed is well labelled with a price for mattress only vs full bed. These beds are much cheaper at their resellers so I wouldnt advise buying direct from Hypnos.
