Scam company falsely advertising that they are dhl Totally ripped me off on a package not delivered but returned. No one answers the phone.

Total disgrace of a shipping company! Sent a parcel via DPD and Norsk were to be the onward carrier. The first name of the person it was going to was to in the USA was not on the parcel so refused to send it. They were told the name and it just sat in their depot with no further movement. It was finally returned to myself last week. This was a Christmas present sent on 10th December and only returned now. DO NOT USE THEM. Completely useless staff and company.
