Well I dont know what to say. I bought the phoenix ottoman bed for my daughter and lets say it was interesting to set up. I am very experienced in DIY and I thought it would be easy to set up as it came with everything. Looks are deceiving! The hydraulics gave me a headache and a half, the instructions werent correct and neither was the video. Overall it seemed like a good bed, but you need to be determined to face a challenge to build it. Perhaps if the company offered a service where you could have people to help build it at your house it would make it a lot easier. I guess this company is a hit and miss according to other reviews.
