Terrible customer service. They recommend sellers who take your money and sell shoddy goods. Then neither the seller or W&G care. Please avoid this company. They do not deserve customers and arent the prestigious company they maybe once were. W&G I have called you weekly from September to November and I have emailed you twice. If you wish to help, check your customer service emails.

Excellent customer care from Kirsty. Professional, courteous and nothing was too much trouble as I had a couple of queries I had to go back with. Willis gambier furniture is beautifully crafted and of exceptional quality. I have many of the solid oak WG pieces in my home, they are all of a very high standard, dove tailed and solid ( no chip board or plywood !) Thank you Kirsty and I wish WILLIS GAMBIER a great success in 2021 as your product is outstanding xx

Fantastic aftersales service - needed some spares for a bed that is probably 15 years old and they had it all available. I can also vouch for the great quality of the products - my bed still looks like new. Highly recommended,

The Ivory cane kingsize bed is absolutely lovely. I had previously purchased a dark wood display cabinet, which is tastefully made . Their furniture is truely second to none! The staff are very professional and efficient .

My beautiful bedroom wardrobe developed a problem with the lock. Sales Manager Kirsty Kind lived up to her name as a replacement arrived by post the next morning. I easily fitted it so all sorted in less than 24 hours, perfect.
