Hi Im really enjoyed my fillters in that Clinic. Dr Roopa she is really nice and friendly she look after her clients in the Clinic she do her best to make clients happy and comfy. I do recomended and Im sure I will back to that Clinic for more treatments Thank you very much and see you soon

I purchased the Hifu full face treatment through Groupon in October 2021. Trying to book an appointment at the time was such a hassle. After leaving many voice messages, I was finally given an appointment. The appointment itself went well. The ckinic was clean and nice.The ladies were polite and welcoming, and the procedure was fully explained to me. They took their time during the treatment, but i later realised my forehead area wasn't treated, even though this was meant to be a full face treatment. After the treatment was finished, I was told how I'd expect my skin to improve over time and I was invited for a top up appointment 3 months later. I was sent an email reminder just a day before my top up appointment, but as I wasn't able to attend I tried to phone to rearrange. As before, I was put through to an automated message no matter what time of the day I rang. I left many messages but to date nevergot a reply to rearrange my appountment. The treatment itself didn't have any effect on my face and I didn't see any improvement as the procedure suggests. And I never got another appointment to have a top up, which could have maybe helped. I am extremely disappointed with the poor customer service as the staff can't even be bothered to answer the phone, or reply to your messages. Defenitly do not recommend this clinic.

Lovely clinic, very well presented and perfect location. Staff were very friendly and welcoming however, Im disappointed with the HIFU treatment I had which I purchased on a Groupon voucher. The treatment can take up to 12weeks to see the full effect however, after discussing this treatment with other practitioners and the effects you feel after having the treatment I can honestly say I didnt experience any discomfort after this which you should feel as this is to be expected and know the treatment is working. I havent noticed any change in my skin feeling or looking tighter in my face or on my jaw. I felt NO pain when having the HIFU and was informed I may feel the skin tightening over the following week which I havent felt a thing. Iv been informed sometimes having redness or customers are told to take paracetamol due to the level of discomfort you can experience with this treatment which is normal and to be expected, this is when you know its working and feeling the effects however I felt nothing. Im also only 26 and this procedure probably wasnt appropriate for someone of my age on my skin and I was told it shouldnt of been done on my skin. I would of returned as its a lovely place but if you dont feel that you had any benefit or felt any of the effects it makes you lack the confidence in whether you received the full treatment and puts customers off from returning in the future.
