An absolutely shambolic business. They have agreed around 6 times now for their contractors to visit to fill a hole and put back some bricks on my drive after an insurance claim, they have failed every single time to turn up. Sadly because of my Simply Business insurance I have to use these people. Unbelievably terribly run organisation, I'd be ashamed to work for this business.

Shocking service, numerous visits from one of their engineers who repeatedly failed to fix the problem. Then when I had the boiler serviced (a condition of the insurance to have an annual service) they closed the claim because they claimed I had called another engineer! They then left me with no heating or hot water for over a week at the coldest time of the year. Now they are sending a manager to "assess" the situation! The manager however, is not able to come at a time convenient to me ( I work full time) as he has a three hour drive to get to me! I have paid the emergency insurance for years and now that I actually need it they seem incapable of actually fixing the problem and seem to be blaming me! Absolutely disgusting. I strongly suggest you avoid this company at all costs.

Seriously avoid this company, absolute messers, they do not care as insurance pays their bill. If you have any choice whatsoever use someone else as these people are so bad its laughable.

I would give it 0 stars if possible. Made to wait for over an hour when my insurer transferred me to them for home "emergency cover" option I paid for on my policy. Gave up and called back insurer this time given the direct number. Picked up after just 5 mins this time, short conversation around address, issue etc then told to "wait a minute" whilst they verify my claim. 45 mins later holding still no one picks phone back up. Disgusted. Absolutely couldn't give a toss about customers. Avoid at all costs - my insurer will be informed also.
