If it was less than a star I would give it unprofessional they call me at 10pm to tell me that the place of the interview has changed, Then called me again at the day of the interview to tell me that the time has changed, and finally I attended the interview, The guy was late for more than 45 minutes. Stay away minimum wage you can find it anywhere. Very disappointed

Worked for them for over 7 years, left to my own devices and barely saw any management except for the last year or so. Never really had much bad to say until I saw my final payslip and they had the cheek to deduct 15 for a reference letter (manager sent an email so literally cost them nothing) cant even believe thats legal! Many years service with very little support and I was still willing to leave a decent review until then. Even after being assaulted on site 4 years ago and having to go to court to give evidence etc not one person in the company ever checked in with me to see who I was feeling . Never missed a shift, never took a sick day even when ill, never late, answered queries on days off, covered shifts when no cover guard was available, had to do all the e-learning in my own time at home as no internet on site and never got thanks for any of it either

I worked for this company for 5 years, during this time I given the opportunity to better myself on many occasions and even passed an NVQ level 3 in customer services. The company was approachable at all times, especially the CEO who was the contracts manager at the time my contract began with them. I was trusted to run my site and my opinion and thoughts were always listened to and respected. I was visited regularly to ensure my welfare was okay. If there were any negatives it wasn't because of this company, it was because the client made the ultimate decision and that was understandable but Consortio did what they could to help and support me where possible. If they ever won the contract again, I would be happy to work for them or if they offered me a job, I would seriously consider working for them again. Overall they are a good company to work for.
