Paul in customer service is very polite and helpful. I paid for my package in the winter of 2022, Im still awaiting (March 2023) to have a consultation with someone regarding my results, this service I paid additional for. The results pdf are helpful and clear but a bit confusing. By the time I have my consultation, Im not even sure if the results still apply as Im now on different medication etc.
