I am treasurer of a small community group that undertakes tasks, mainly of a DIY nature in aid of the local community. Our funding is limited but for the last year we have been seeking to upgrade our fire & intruder alarms. Within our contractor I have been dealing with Dean Masson who has been very patient in answering all questions we had and explaining the technical aspects. We had the upgrade work carried out yesterday. Have found that throughout Dean and the company have been very professional and helpful. Have no qualms in recommending them.

I have used Total Fire & Security frequently over the past 5 years and their service has always been excellent. They respond quickly to call outs and the team taking calls are always polite and courteous; I would recommend this firm without hesitation.

Thank you for making my past 2 weekends amazing with having to wake up every 10minutes to silence your amazing installment. It's great because I still hear the loud beeping noise which is competing somewhere between the frequency of what only dogs hear and something that makes every human very annoyed and impossible to sleep. Of course I could call you out of office hours if I wish to loose minimum 100 pounds but for my unluck that is something I cannot afford. Of course for 100%accuracy I have to clarify that you came 5day ago to check if it was alright, but not being able to fix anything on your own device is just your biggest failure. Well I can guarantee you that in the meantime, during my sleep deprivation ruined weekend I will mention your company very frequently. Can you blame me?
