We have used Cary Independent Mortgages now for a little over 6 years. During this time Phil has assisted us with 4 remortgages. Phil's service to us has been exemplary throughout each of the occasions we have used him. He is thorough, professional, proficient and we couldn't have wished for a better service from him. We highly recommend Phil. We used him 2 years ago as first time buyers and have just used him again for our remortgage. He is very knowledgeable and explains each step in a simple and easy yet detailed way to ensure we understood each and every step. As first time buyers we were admittedly clueless - and quite shocked when our bank told us they didnt provide any mortgage advice and would just give us a mortgage in principle based on a very small number of questions! A number of friends had recommended Phil Applebys mortgage advice and broker services to me, so we duly contacted him. It was so refreshing to have a conversation with someone who asked logical questions and really got to know us and our situation. At every stage everything was relevant and clear, and we found ourselves with far more options than we thought possible. Phil brings everything together, requesting the documents he needs at the right time to find the right products and make the application process straightforward and stress free. No question is irrelevant and Phil has always been prompt in replying and at the end of the telephone on evenings and weekends when we have really needed him. The service is second to none. We certainly feel that Phil has done an amazing job in helping us through the process of our mortgage application and purchasing our first home and we couldnt thank him or recommend him enough!
