UTTERLY APPALLING service. I have been trying to buy an urn and plinth from Tritonstone for around 4 months now. It took 6 weeks to get a response to contact form, emails and phone messages. Finally got an email response to ask for an invoicing address as the urn and plinth were in stock, which I sent by return. I have not heard from them since and that was 2 months ago. No response to emails and phone messages. If business is so good that they can ignore clients trying to give them money, they had better watch out for the hard times when they would be grateful for an order for a mere few thousand pounds. All this of course, on the assumption that they are still in business.
