Very bad experience. Ordered ready for the Coronation and told that delivery would be in time. Just had an email advising it will now be AFTER the coronation. No use to me at all and badly let down. Would definitely not recommend this company.

Avoid! They are based in India, despite appearances. Incorrect delivery information and a frankly inept customer service department. I've spent roughly 4 hours on hold or speaking to someone (mainly queuing or on hold, although I was also cut off twice during the process due to 'technical' issues). Had I read other reviews I would have avoided and will do hence forth. I've eventually been offered a full refund, which probably won't turn up and I'll need to get back via the credit card company. Pay more, get what you order, save the hassle.

Ordered a flag from this company an it turned up 5 days late, then they promised me a 10% refund on flag an only did 8% then also same as postage only refunded part of it when they said they'd refund all of it then tell me to raise ticket for the rest of my refund, quality of the flag was awful an can see right through it, very thin to for over 22 I'd expect to pay around 10 for this sort of quality won't use them again

HORRENDOUS. Window stickers were supplied with off glue and looked horrendous after installation. All instructions were followed and completed by someone with 20+ years retail experience but still Banner Buzz continued to blame user error, absolutely not the case. Refused to attempt to put right, a very costly mistake to use them! Never experienced poor quality or customer service like it.

Dreadful! It says on the website that 99.4% of customers will return....What they don't say is that they are only returning to raise quality control issues that Bannerbuzz take no responsibility for. I got a banner that ended up in shreds on the first big event planned - the banner is like paper, and didn't support its own weight on assembly. Don't waste your money - go to a reputable company any pay the extra money for something that'll actually work & last.
