        PineFlat were the managing agents for my apartment in London for 20 years, and during that time did an excellent job. They did an excellent job at finding tenants, collecting rent, maintaining the property, and handling multiple issues and disputes in a diplomatic and calm manner. Very happy to recommend them - I recommended them to my sister and she was equally happy.

        All I can say about Pineflat is they have been a lifesaver for my wife and I as rental property owners. They do all the basics really well, communicate very effectively, and keep the hassle of property management away from us. But it goes further because they are diligent at keeping up with changes in legislation and local council issues that frankly would leave us cold. It goes with the territory that tenants cannot always get on with agents but even so I am surprised at the negative feedback because I have been involved with Pineflat at the front end and know that they are generally considered by tenants to be firm but polite and courteous.
