Simply the best PT for miles and miles around! Been a loyal and an increasingly strong and fit customer for over 4 years now (and counting).

I could not have asked for a better PT who understands what I want to acheive and understands me as a person. Every session, Kib pushes you to work as hard as you can but makes sure you are maintaining the correct technique throughout. She covers everything from nutrition to posture correction and of course weight training, and is constantly giving adivce on what she thinks is best for you. Training with Kib is always a laugh and you will definitely feel your muscles the next day!!!

I have been training with Kib for over seven years. During the five years before I started with her I had no fewer than four personal trainers - the fact that I have stuck with Kib for so long speaks for itself. I joke to my friends that after that length of time she knows exactly how hard she can push me each session without quite killing me - and we do work hard. But that's only part of the story. I have total confidence during each visit that Kib is not only working me hard but doing so in a useful and productive direction. And that I am safe. Kib is a stickler for proper technique to a degree that I have never otherwise experienced, to the extent that I find myself being silently critical when I watch other trainers allowing their clients to get away with poor practice that not only decreases their productivity but may in certain cases even be causing damage. And finally - it's fun. Thanks Kib!
