        I was welcomed by a professional gentleman .I came to buy shoes I was measured and asked if I have any special requests and provided with different styles to accommodate my wide feet. This gentleman's name is Gavin and I felt welcomed and would definitely come back and recommend this store to family and friends. Cheers to Gavin. B.B.

        The staff wasn't kind and didn't seem to care at all about the customers, I won't probably visit again. As a positive, the return was extremely fast.

        I would avoid going to this store for anything. Their supervisor mr Alam is very unprofessional in all aspects of customer services. A person with such an attitude should be cleaning streets. Official complaint lodged on his way of dealing with a simple request.
